Scaffolding Qualified Person Trainer

This class is perfect for those in construction and industrial applications who wish to instruct their employees to safely perform work on scaffolding. This class will prepare individuals in teaching the hazards of modular scaffolding, swing stage, and rolling scaffold. The course includes a hands-on demonstration of inspecting a scaffold, ladder attachments and inspection techniques. This class will also prepare individuals of all trades in understanding basic scaffold erection techniques for welded frame, tube & coupler and rolling scaffold construction for most construction applications.

This class meets Fed OSHA’s 1926.450 requirement for Competent & Qualified Person Scaffold Inspection prior to erecting and starting work on a scaffold. The course is suitable for most commercial, industrial and residential applications.

Class includes full training curriculum and a flash drive for training others in scaffoling operations. Students will also receive a wallet card template to create their own wallet cards and certify students at their own facility. 

Trainer certification is good for 5 years.
